The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to return the product purchased – for any reason, even unnecessary and to request a replacement or refund, returning the products in their original condition, without incurring any costs, except for return costs. This deadline applies to all member states of the European Union. 

Product returns are accepted in cases where a different product or a faulty product is sent to the customer than what was entered in the order. Then the customer can contact “Anemuku” to return the wrong product. The shipping costs to and from our online store in the above cases are borne exclusively by our company.
